It seems to me that a key to combatting these tyrants is to cease contributing to them via taxes, both income taxes and witholding. It has come to a point where I can obey God Almighty or obey the federal regime. I am almost seriously considering quitting my job, working for cash and subsisting the best I can. As a Christian and as a patriot I must do something concrete. Does anyone know of any ideas or information resources to consider?

CARTER IN A NUTSHELL: Expanded Orly Taitz default judgment case against CANDIDATE Obama for fraud into a Presidential Removal case against PRESIDENT Obama (promising a trial), but then ruled the Court lacks said Presidential Removal authority, not only dismissing the Judge-expanded Presidential Removal case (reneging on the trial), but throwing out Orly's Candidate fraud case as well -- all this on a red herring that Orly's case was filed 1/20/09 after Obama was sworn in on 1/20/09 despite Obama was sworn in on 1/21/09 and despite the Orly-alleged fraud was committed by Candidate Obama prior to becoming President and for which there is no Presidential immunity in any case. Thus Judge Carter set up and knocked down his own straw man, and misstated fact and law to bury Orly's actual case. Pretty nifty!!!

But that's what tyrants do. They control you in order to protect you. So they say. This has been, or should have been obvious, for some time. They talk like racists then call you a racist; they lie then say you lied. "We have to suspend the constitution in order to save it."

They do these things on a macro level. Like "giving" other countries funds under the ruse of trying to help. And just as it happens here in the USA, money is like a drug. Once you accept their help, you come to rely on them. Hence, serfdom. Do as we say or we'll cut off your supply. Economic slavery.

I mean, come on people. They say the constitution doesn't prevent them from forcing women to have an abortion. Repeat after me: Na-zi. Try again: Na-zi.

Wow, I am encouraged. the more I read, the more I see people waking up to face the socialist steamroller. I hear a lot of people ask what can I do? I think there are a couple things we can be doing, at a very low level. We can vote. We can put our congress people on our speed dial. And we can start talking. What I mean by that is start calling talk radio, start talking to your neighbor, start talking to people at work, get your talker tuned up, brush up on the issues, don't be affraid to look at the opposing side, are they lying or telling the truth? I'm finding that many people are intimidated by the subjects because they aren't familiar with them and because they are simply unaccustomed to talking. Read up, have an opinion and why, Talk to people.

CARTER DECISION FATAL FLAW: When all is said and done, ONE CLAIM MOST DEFINITELY SURVIVES, and that is Keyes’ claim for fraud committed by Candidate Obama before becoming President, which Judge Carter pretends away on the sole basis of Orly having filed same on 1/20/09 at an hour after Obama took the Oath. That’s a “red herring” because Obama took the valid Oath on 1/21/09, no Presidential immunity exists for tort fraud by Candidate Obama before becoming President, and “before-or-after” Oath filing by Orly is irrelevant for such case which does NOT seek Presidential removal, albeit Judge Carter pretends that IS the sole relief sought by Keyes.

I know a lot of people that do not WANT to talk politics. Either they become too disgusted or they do not want to believe that the country they grew up in is really not that country anymore.

If you think the government can take care of "health care" you are dumb as a box of rocks. And I mean BIG rocks! Can you say swine flu (oops, I meant H1N1. Please don't tell Obama...) Look what a joke that is turning out to be. Of course for the people who've died (especially the quickly increasing number of children) and their families, it ain't no joke...

If it weren't for the idiot Democrats, we might would have a chance. What would candidates do if NO ONE showed up to vote? Of course you know ONE democrat would have to show up...

I would love for the government to STOP STEALING my money every two weeks. They don't even give me a chance to pay taxes and never have. They say what is theirs and they take it. Pretty soon, they are gonna find ways to tax the internet and people working for cash. They just have to get this 25 lb. "health care" bill that is longer than a 1980's miniseries rammed through (I meant passed, sorry Obama...) first.

Per John Charlton, looks like Judge Carter HAS enabled checkmate against Team Obama after all:

Well done, Orly Taitz case moves forward solely for Plaintiff Keyes for redressable relief of monetary damages, thereby avoiding political question (leave that to Congress once Keyes recovers even nominal damages for pre-Presidential fraud against Candidate Obama) and Team Obama has nothing to appeal to delay the trial.

KerrieBerrie,
Your ideas are a great start. I would love to talk to Rush Limbaugh and ask him just what his problem is. He seems to understand the GOP is Dem Lite but he doesn't have the spine to admit nothing is going to change unless blue-dog Democrats and Christian Republicans abandon the parties that abandoned them. An alternative party is our only chance to take America back.

Ted,
Thanks for the insight and updates. Not being a student of the law the ins and outs can be confusing for me. Your succinct info is a help.

Bottom line, Judge Carter is letting Congress deal with the political stink of Obama — rather than the Constitutional nightmare of endeavoring to have a Court deal with it.

I now beleive Judge Carter masterfully did this in a way that there’s nothing the Govt. Obama Team can appeal or delay by appeal, since, after all, they did get a Dismissal Granted; it’s just that it’s NOT a dismissal of the claim which is still redressable, that being Keyes for fraud in tort.

Totalitarianism in the U.S. is, in my opinion, far too advanced and entrenched to stop. Too many good people will wait for an adjustment or reversal of some kind through the farce that is the election cycle.

Romans 13 doesn't work here. Idahovern is on the right track.

God bless you Dr. Keyes !!!

Take it from a Canadian my southern brothers. You do not want government run health care.

We ( In British Columbia) have a system currently operating that provides “safe injection sites” where drug addicts can shoot up in a “sterile” enviroment.” The taxpayers pay for this !!! AND they will soon pass through our legislature a bill for the foundation of “safe crack houses” where crack addicts are given SAFE CRACK KITS !!! And again a “sterile” enviroment to smoke crack. A recent survey studied that one heroine addict, due to the consatnt paramedic calls, overnight hospital stays, ect…. Cost the taxpayers $250 000.
We pay for all behaviour related disease, aids, lung cancer, all sexual transmitted disease, diabetes ect….. It takes half a year to receive an MRI, too see a specialist, to have knee sergary, hip replacement ect….

Its not to the point where people with traumatic injuries are crowded in the hallways of emergency rooms, but I would not be surprised if that be in the near future. Obama and his fellow communist witches and sorcerers ( I mean that literally) wants to have everyone “marked” and that’s the bottum line. And he is using universal health care to accomplish this unfathomable and sick objective.

BUT! the children of the Most High know the end of the story !!!

God bless you all.

Alan,
I live and enjoy the convenience and affordability of a government run insurance health care system in Canada. This government is neither totalitarian nor socialist but has lived up to the responsibility of its office to provide for the medical welbeing of all citizens and legitimate residents.
Therefore, what is the reason for all of this hypobolic promotion of fear when you know very well it is not so.
Yes, taxes are high in our country, but if it means providing for the welbeing for all, I have no problem in making this sacrifice. This is not totalitarianism, it is Christian.
Obama, knowingly or unknowingly may be one of the adovocates of moral corruption, but his sensitivity towards the poor and his desire to regulate unbridled greed is both practical and necessary for the survival of the private economy. Regulating the expression of unbridled greed within the free market economy is just as important as regulating persons' compliance to the law of the land that is important to maintain or promote the common good.
Let us ,therefore, not become to caught up in models of governments at the expense of addressing the needs and God given dignity of every human person.
One more thing: Human life is just as important outside as within the womb. I hope that your attitude towards life is a continuum from the womb to the tomb.
I am Catholic and am in favour of your moral stance, but your message would become more acceptable if it is extended beyond constitutional rigidity that sometimes seem insensitive to the needs of the poor. Ours is a religion of love. And that love should always be present on our words and actions. If their is any totalitarian it is the totalitarianism of erroneous immoral ideas that are continually promoted by the media. They should be your main target in challenging the moral decay of our society.

"This is not totalitarianism, it is Christian."

"Render unto Caesar the things which are Caesar's, and unto God the things which are God's."

Well, I'm hardly one to talk, as I render to neither God nor Caesar.

But at least I don't confuse the two.

Chiu--you are funny. I know you weren't trying to be funny, but I laughed anyway. :)

Tending to the needs of the poor is NOT a function of government. The Apostle Paul said that if a man would not work, he should not eat. The Bible also says that Christians are to take care of their own. Notice it says "Christians" not "government." Having government take care of the essential needs of the people was never intended to be.

Christians are to show their love for God by caring for others. In that way, people will be introduced to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. How many Christian converts has the Canadian Government been able to claim? I presume that it is zero or not very many.

Christians are supposed to spread the Gospel and make disciples, not government. Caring for the poor and needy is a way to spread the Gospel, the good news.

fox artist,

I missed the part in scripture where it says it is Christian to steal from Peter to pay Paul. Taking care of the poor and sick is the province of the Church. Not government.

As far as dignity goes, where is the dignity in allowing an infant who survives an attempt on her life to just leave her to die in a bucket? Where is Herr Obamas' sensitivity to preborn children? He is a vile beast who lies, kills and steals. Perhaps Canadians don't mind being enslaved by the Nanny State, but real Americans know tyranny when they see it.

Peace.

I always try to be at least a little funny. Or at least ironic.

But I do like the subversive quality of Christ's teachings. Somehow He was a master of condensing all the wit and insight of a Swift essay into a single phrase. Inimitable...yet quotable.
